  • How long does it take for a custom order to be fulfilled?
    The answer depends on what we are making for you. Custom serving boards with engraving usually take 5 to 7 days to make and ship. Tables and furniture will take longer. Any questions you may have regarding build time will be answered once payment is received and we begin processing your order.
  • How long will it take to ship my order?
    Items that are in stock will be shipped the same day or next. Custom item ship time varies. It all depends on the type and size of custom order.
  • Do you accept returns?
    Unfortunately, no. But we do want to make sure you are 100% happy. Please email us if there is an issue with your order and we will do our best to make it right.
